By accessing or using PE Deal Automation ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PE Deal Automation is a software platform that assists private equity professionals and search fund operators in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating potential acquisition targets. The Service uses AI-generated analysis to support — not replace — human judgment.
3. No Investment Advice
Nothing produced by the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or business. All outputs are informational only. You are solely responsible for any investment or business decisions you make.
4. Accuracy of Information
AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. The Service makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any output. You should independently verify all material information before making any decision.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to harass individuals, engage in fraudulent activity, violate applicable laws, or attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PE Deal Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or investment losses.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
